The highest-performing large district in Harris County is Tomball ISD, which averages 65.6% combined proficiency across its 17 campuses. The Spring Branch ISD corridor along Memorial Drive is a popular choice for families wanting to be inside the 610 Loop — schools like Wilchester Elementary (76.3% combined), Rummel Creek Elementary (74.3%), and Frostwood Elementary (70.6%) consistently rank among the top elementaries in Harris County.
